  • Weekly statistics and trends

4. Can I see my sauna history?

Yes! The app maintains a detailed history of all your sessions, including:

  • Heart rate data with charts

5. Does the app integrate with Apple Health?

Yes, Sauna Tracker integrates with Apple Health to store your workout and heart rate data, contributing to your daily activity and health metrics.

The app supports tracking temperatures for:

  • Traditional saunas (typically 150-200°F)

  • Infrared saunas (120-150°F)

  • Steam rooms (100-120°F)
